I had my oil changed there last week and it was a good experience. They distinguished between a synthetic blend and a synthetic one.They gave me an estimated time of wait and found two small light bulbs burned out which I never noticed, a truly satisfying experience. I went to Gary Rome Kia to discuss end of lease options on my 2013 Kia Soul. My wife and I sat with Bill Maki Jr., and he went over our options. We were completely satisfied with the 2013 Soul, and was hoping to lease another. Mr. Maki could not have been more helpful. We drove home with a 2016 Kia Soul. "Very Impressed"
My husband and I want to say that we were very impressed with the services provided at Gary Rome Kia. Everyone had a warm smile and was quite welcoming. The place is very clean and very accommodating. From the welcoming hello's from everyone, to the refreshments provided and all. We felt very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience, walking in I in particular as the buyer was very skeptical and wanted to inquire about an Hyundai Santa Fe that was at a very great price and absolute low mileage. To my disappointment, it was sold and I thought it ended there with that deal. Not at all!!! We met this wonderful sales person by the name of Michael Robare. He was very patient, efficient, very knowledgeable and quite welcoming. He went above and beyond to work with our budget. He had reassured us he had something much better to show and I very impressed. I walked out of Gary Rome as a very happy and satisfied customer in my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sports car.
