MOR-EV is a Massachusetts program that issues rebates to electric vehicle drivers of up to $3,500 for the purchase or lease of battery electric vehicles and fuel-cell electric vehicles.


New Hampshire 
Rebates and Incentives
New Hampshire Co-op (NHEC) offers rebates of up to $1,000 for eligible residential members who purchase or lease an electric vehicle (BEV or PHEV).
